Distances below refer to cycling the route over a 4-day itinerary, but note that Cycle Route 7 diverges from the main route from near Killin all the way to Pitlochry: after following the South Loch Tay road, cyclists go through Kenmore and along the B846 to Weem and Pitnacree, then reach Pitlochry via Logierait. For full details we suggest you follow this Sustrans link to Cycle Route 7 and click beneath the map to view it on OS maps.
If you have only 3 days, we suggest you break the journey at Strathyre (after 27 mi/43 km) and Aberfeldy (a further 37 mi/60 km) leaving 21 mi/34 km for the final section to Pitlochry via Logierait.
